Answers provided by DiALOGiFY with the support of ChatGPT by OpenAI are therefore not legally binding and there is no guarantee or liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided. The use of the chatbot is at your own risk. We therefore recommend that you generally obtain detailed information directly from the main source, i.e. webpage.
We may recognise certain patterns in your chat history in order to improve DiALOGiFY ability to answer your questions. This may include, for example, topics, preferences or interests inferred from your chat history.
The Chatbot with ChatGPT by OpenAI is protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright. Copying, modifying or distributing the chatbot without permission from the copyright holder is not permitted.
Acts such as harassment, defamation or infringement of third party rights through the use of the chatbot are not permitted and violations of these rules may be punished.

Our chatbot uses ChatGPT from OpenAI. In doing so, we only collect data that is necessary for the provision of the chatbot service. ChatGPT may collect and process personal data such as your name, address, phone number or email address if entered by you in the chat. However, we do not systematically collect or store this personal data that could identify you, such as your name, address or phone number. If you do not want to share personal data with the chatbot, you can do so by not entering any personal data in the chat history. So it's best not to enter any personal information at all in your conversation to be completely safe. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or to fulfil our contractual obligations.
